Absolutely loved making pasta with Ryan! Personally, I’m quite terrible in the kitchen but Ryan explained how to do every step and even gave me a few insiders secrets to making sure the dishes turn out perfect each time. Would highly recommend taking a class with them when in Rome!

Our pasta making class with Francesca and Ryan was fantastic!
Both Francesca and Ryan were lovely and welcoming. The class is held in their home which is stunning! The views from their living room and roof top terrace are second to none.
Conversation was so easy and they have so much knowledge on Italian food (food in general really) to share.
The food was delicious and learned about different techniques, dishes and ingredients I had not known previously.
I would highly recommend this class, it felt as if I had gone to a friends home for a beautiful lunch.
After travelling for some weeks it was great to be welcomed into a home, have a home cooked meal and connect with two exceptional people.
If you are in Rome this is a must!
