I'm an avid chef, world traveler and cooker of all things delicious. I grew up watching dry cooking shows from the 80's and cooking with my pops who's a legend in the kitchen. Having started my professional career as a concierge at the Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Baccarat Hotels I've eaten at the best restaurants and understand that the experience is *almost* as important as what you're eating. Hanging out with top James Beard winning chefs, talking food and technique is my bread and butter. I've taken the skills I've learned as a wee lad, cooking with my pops and spending time in the kitchen with the best chefs in the world to creating amazing food for my family and my guests. Things don't need to be over complicated, they just need to be DELICIOUS!

Evan MASTERfully planned and executed this pop-up for the post-finale of MasterChef Season 10 for about 100 guests. All of the food was delicious and plentiful, but my favorite was Evan’s gnocchi. The venue was a great space to meet Nick, Noah, Sam, Shari and Subha, ask them questions, and take photos. It was a great time – just like a big party at a very fair price. I want Evan to plan more of these!
