I host with my lovely husband who is a teacher but has previously worked in hospitality as a manager for years back in Australia. Our menu changes according to what's in the market and our mood, spirit and creativity. As a Turkish chef who worked in the US, Canada, and Australia I like to be free when I m cooking but mostly all my dishes have Turkish inspiration mixed with Japanese ingredients and some modern plate up techniques.
