Somos una pareja de chefs titulados en la escuela Le Cordon Bleu,Lima(Perú). Juntos hemos trabajado en diferentes restaurantes y hoteles del mundo como Ritz Carlton Naples- Florida (EEUU) o el restaurante que nosotros mismo dirigíamos en Melbourne (Australia) aprendiendo en la cocina y de las diferentes culturas y personas. Hemos decidido emprender una nueva etapa más intima y cercana en nuestras vidas con la cocina que amamos para poder compartir nuestro conocimiento con otras personas que es lo que nos llena de energía e ilusión. The food was great and it was a very enjoyable learning experience. We had a lovely rooftop setting and the company was also great! Ferdi and Sandra were very gracious hosts and they made us feel at home. This was a wonderful way to cap our visit to Madrid! Muchas gracias Ferdi and Sandra!
The first thing we did upon arriving in Madrid was attend Ferdi and Sandra's Paella cooking class/meal. This was our first Eat First event. We were really excited and this is one time that the experience totally exceeded our expectations! The food was gourmet and so delicious. It was really an unique experience to cook paella on their modern outdoor paella grill. The hosts were very gracious and made everyone feel right at home. We all took parts in prepping/cooking the paella (thank you for letting me cut the squid!). We were really impressed with the high quality of the ingredients and the beautiful presentation. This was definitely an Unique Experience. Thanks so much Sandra and Ferdi!
This was just a great experience! The hosts Ferdi & Sandra are the most friendly and hospitable people! And the way te food was made was excelent. They let the people participate in the cooking. Besides that being located on the roof made it all very special. We absolutely recomand this to everybody who loves food and nice people. All the best to Ferdi & Sandra
