I am a chef who arrived in New York City a year ago from Portugal.
I always love food and I am passionate about the ingredients and the cooking techniques.
I had previously worked in Europe at a creative restaurants where every chef was trying and sharing different ideas on a menu and that creative mind set propels me to create and experiment new dishes.
I studied at a culinary school ) for 2 years and then I followed my passion along with my techniques which allow me do what my mind asks.
I also work in New York as a consultant chef, helping open new spaces and create new menus.
Host was fantastic, his staff catered to your every need. Food was impressive, with a varied menu, great pairing of wines and a finish that you need to attend to complete your evening. Go with friends and enjoy the evening with Nonu.

The food was incredible, the place was confortable, the guests were funny. It was my first experience and I love it.
