• The traditional Greek mezze and dinner are prepared using hand-picked fresh ingredients from Shuk HaCarmel, and all the rest comes from Greece: Feta from Lesvos, olive oil from Crete, yogurt from Larissa, and oregano from Paros

About your host, Achilles: "I was born in the center of Athens and I've worked in different places around the world, reporting on news or working with refugees and migrants. It's time to share my deep passion for traditional home-cooked Greek food, as I was taught by my grandmother and mother in Athens."
