A selection of gourmet cheeses, salami, chef's bites and a cocktail/glass of wine


Using only eggs from Three Sons Farm in Ramona and organic flour from Italy, you will make authentic tagliolini (like noodles). Our chef will pair this pasta with a fantastic heirloom tomato sauce using produce from Escondido, fresh basil and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Get ready to learn how to make "salsa" in few steps.


Now it is time for some stuffed pasta. Ravioli with ricotta and spinach is a typical dish from Parma. You will become a master in this dish. The chef will pair ravioli with a velvet butter/white wine sauce and a lot of Parmigiano! Always Italian flavors to our table!


One of our signature dessert - Panna Cotta or Tiramisu or Gelato - will conclude this culinary journey. Only the best quality ingredients for our sweet moments.

Quite simply one of the best events we’ve ever been to. Outstandingly hosted with food that was simply perfect and an atmosphere that couldn’t be beaten. It felt like an evening with a carefully chosen friends and the best food possible.
The Sicilian fish cooking class and dinner was in a word a blast. Our hosts were welcoming, informative and down to earth. The house was beautiful and a very cool space. The food was delicious. You will not need a trip to in and out burger after. You can cook as much or a little as you want to. This was a very unique experience. We have been to many cooking classes and this was by far my favorite. Whether you are visiting or live in the area just go you will not be disappointed! And don’t forget the wine. We had a great experience at our Italian Farm-to-Fork Pop-Up Dinner with Adisa and Francesco! They were warm and welcoming from the start. Food was incredible and they even had a friend who is an amazing pianist add a bit of entertainment. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary that weekend and this was a highlight.
Adisa and Francesco were wonderful hosts and the setting, presentation, and overall experience were just beautiful. We loved the conversations, the ambiance, and the focus on being more of a casual dinner party amongst friends rather than a formal restaurant atmosphere. A perfect way to kick off my birthday weekend in San Diego!
