About your hosts Paella Boys: “We are two humble boys from Madrid who crossed paths in San Francisco in 2013. We have the same philosophy of life—to eat well and chill out. My friend learned his mother’s paella recipes when he was young and has a lot of experience preparing paellas for large gatherings. I’ve been teaching Spanish for years and have all the necessary skills to make your experience unforgettable.”
Manchego Cheese, Salmorejo, Tortilla de Patata, Olives, Marcona almonds, Chorizo...
This was a hands on cooking class and lots of fun. We were a fun and lively group who learned how to make authentic Valencia paella with two Spanish paella enthusiasts. Some delicious sangria kept the chill off too 🍷🍷🍷
