Catherine is a wonderful host and most professional chef! After a warm welcome, I was joined by a fun group of ladies around her wonderful table for the Swiss Raclette, otherwise only available in Switzerland. First class ingredients, with a vast choice from healthy to sinful (raw veggies, variety of fine meats, wonderful Raclette cheese and many home made side dishes and sauces) Loved her pickled veggies, but my table mates favored the also delicious garlic sauce, that complimented the grilled meats. A homemade lemon sorbet completed the feast! Thank you Catherine! It was wonderful! What's next???

It was a very fun night. Catherine, our "Hostess with the Mostess" prepared a smorgasbord variety of deliciousness for our Raclette experience. Loved her homemade lemon sorbet in iced vodka. Thoroughly enjoyed dining with the other 7 dinner guests- initially strangers - all in all it is a great evening and well-worth the price.

I loved the raclet dinner we had to night. The table was gorgeous and we had a great time.... interactive dinners are fun. Food was great and well thought out... great food... great company...great host. Will definitely be back

From the moment I entered my culinary experience with Catherine until the very end, it was fabulous! Catherine made you feel very welcome and the food was fantastic. Her presentation was spot on. I would highly recommend doing this again and again. Well worth it!!!
