I live near the Buttes Chaumont, a popular and bucolic district and a great place for a pleasant stroll. In all seasons, you'll be able to see the vibrant colors of the leaves change as the season goes.
It is a modern and neat French cuisine that I propose to you in a contemporary and warm setting.
I have a market "Place des Fêtes" three times a week. The products that I propose to you are of the season, fresh and organic as much as possible.
My menu is just an example because I want to have fun cooking for you, according to my desires, the weather, and not always repeat the same things.
Everything is homemade, including foie gras, and canned tomatoes to bring some sun to the winter dishes.
