Tobi was a semi-finalist on the first season of 'Britain's best Home Cook', and thoroughly enjoyed cooking for Mary Berry, Dan Doherty & Chris Bavin. His food highlight on the show was the Butternut Squash Tarte Tatin, which Mary labelled 'Britain's Next Favourite Pud' !
