We like to offer our guests a menu of traditional Italian cuisine with a modern and healthier twist. We cook Roman-Italian dishes but in general we are inspired by all the Mediterranean tradition. We propose a menu made with organic and local products. We respect the seasonality of products for a better taste of our dishes. Our moms and grandmas were the basis of our food education, the world, life, travel, did the rest!
PLEASE NOTE: in the apartement lives a cat and a dog.

Roman pasta (cacio e pepe/gricia/amatriciana/carbonara)
Homemade fresh pasta with homemade pistachio pesto
Spaghetti with tomatoes, olives and fish fillet
Pasta with artichokes/broccoli/zucchini
Seasonal variety of Lasagnas
Polenta with tomatoes and sausages sauce or mushrooms and gorgonzola
Homemade fettuccine
Homemade ravioli
Risotto with vegetables
Pomodori al riso (Tomatoes filled with rice - roman dish!)

Arrosto (roast meat)
Saltimbocca (roman escalopes with prosciutto and sage)
Meatball (with or without tomatoes sauce)
Chicken alla cacciatora (hunter style)
Straccetti (super thin cuts of beef)
Italian grilled prawns
Fish fillet au gratin
Fresh cheeses with homedame jams
Mushrooms or Eggplant breaded cutlets

Panna cotta (chestnut, almond, pistachio, fruits... depend on the season)

Fresh no baked cheese cake

Crostata ricotta e visciole (Roman tart with ricotta and sour cherries)
Crostata (tart with homemade-organic jam)
