Learn how to cook like an ancient Tuscan in the countryside

Since I was born, the passion of cooking flows in my veins: one of my grandmother was from Sicily but she spent her live in Africa, the other one was from Rome and she was a pastry; one grandfather was an inventor of recipes and the other one was a master of pasta and fried donuts. And also my parents are really good at the stove!
My roots are a mix of different traditions and I love to share them with you.
I love cultivating herbs and spices on my terrace and I cook even for my puppies.

La passione per la cucina scorre in me dalla nascita: una nonna siciliana ma vissuta in africana, l'altra romana e pasticciera, un nonno inventore di ricette, l'altro maestro di tagliatelle e ciambelle fritte, due genitori bravissimi ai fornelli! Sono un mix di tradizione e sperimentazione e adoro condividere le mie radici! Coltivo erbe e spezie sulla mia terrazza e cucino anche per tutti i miei animali!
