We are Eva&Raffaele, a Spanish project manager and an Italian architect and photographer, living now in Leiden who started being interested in learning about food and its origins (natural/human background) around ten years ago.

Our works have given us the opportunity to live worldwide which have helped us to learn and enjoy different food & wine experiences, always from local people who cook and share with us their passion and love for a good table.

We are crazy for good artisan oil, tasty homemade pastries, juicy meat, fresh rocky fish and excellent wines. Mediterranean cuisine & slow food are our roots, mainly focused on​ traditional cuisine, the one we learnt from our grandmas. 
We try to be as authentic as possible although happy to revisit some recipes in order to adapt them to our guest needs (gluten-free, other intolerances). 
In any case, our favorite dishes are those that not only give us the pleasure of their taste but also communicate us with the earth and the people of the area, telling us part of their history, such an essential part of our own history.

Be able to share these stories with friends coming from all over the world, who really want to share and enjoy a lovely evening…that really is a privilege!
