Be received in the chef's home to cook 3 dishes from scratch, with his guidance, and afterwards enjoy the result of your work dinning and chatting as old friends.
• Get introduced to Portugal's geography, history and culture thru it's food
• Learn to cook 2 starters and 1 main super traditional dishes
• The 3 recipes/techniques are super flexible about changing the main ingredient, and you'll only use ingredients you can find back home, making it easy to replicate for friends and family
• Learn about and taste wines from different regions
• Relax for desert, Zé has taken care of that part
About your host, Zé: I live in the very center of Lisboa with my beautiful Brazilian/Italian girlfriend Priscilla. I developed my love for food while growing up in a typical Portuguese family. My passion for cooking comes mainly from my passion for eating and from the joy of social interaction around the table.
