    Patrizia's pasta cooking class was the highlight of our stay in Florence! We had so much fun learning how to make our own ravioli and tagliatelle... and eating it afterwards. Patrizia is an amazing chef - we especially loved her sage leaves and homemade ricotta & lemon filling. It was so special to spend an evening in a local Italian's home and learn all about Florentine (and Sicilian) traditions :) And Patrizia, thanks for the tip about the leather - we went first thing the next morning! Would definitely come back for the pizza workshop next time we're in Florence. 5 stars. Grazie mille!

    This was by far one of the best experiences we had on our trip to Italy. Patrizia was an amazing host, her food was spectacular and her company was warm and friendly. She speaks excellent English as well. I could not recommend this more. A much better option than an overpriced restaurant.

    Patrizia exceeded all our expectations. This truly was as if my Italian sister or mother (I’m Irish-American ) was cooking for us. She was warm and welcoming. Her food was fantastic and she shared a bit about her lifestyle and her family. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a genuine Italian home-cooked meal to invest an evening with Patrizia. What a delightful woman and a joyful evening! The memories will last a lifetime.

    Patrizia is a wonderful person, so friendly and enthusiastic. She is also a great conversationalist. I learned so much about Italian culture, history and food. Dinner was delicious with many items I had never tried before. It is obvious that Patrizia puts great effort into sourcing the best ingredients and surprising her guests with a dinner unlike any other they have ever had. I highly recommend dinner with Patrizia.
